Perth County OPP officers survey the scene of a crash at Perth Road 112 and Line 29 (Gibb Road) Monday afternoon.
Three men were taken to hospital after a serious crash at Perth Road 112 and Line 29 Monday afternoon.
Around 3 p.m., Perth County OPP were called to the scene, along with Perth County EMS and the Perth East Fire Department.
Police say a dark grey Pontiac – driven by a 21-year-old man from Tavistock – was travelling northbound on Perth 112 when it turned left onto Line 29, directly in the path of a southbound silver Chrysler Neon.
Two men, the 28-year-old driver and a 26-year-old passenger, both of Stratford, were in the Neon.
The vehicles collided and came to a rest south of the intersection. All three men sustained serious injuries and firefighters had to extricate the passenger of the Neon.
The men were transported to Stratford General Hospital and the passenger was later transferred to London Health Sciences Centre.
Road 112 between Lorne Avenue and Harmony, and Line 29, between roads 113 and 111, were closed until 10 p.m. Police investigation into the crash continues.
