Morris Aitken

Morris Aitken died at his home in Owen Sound on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011.

Morris Alexander Aitken was in his 67th year.

Loved son of Olive Aitken of Mount Forest and the late Walter Aitken.

Loving brother of Muriel Fettes and husband Bob of Wiarton and Morley Aitken and wife Bonnie of Holstein.

Morris will be missed by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and their families.

Predeceased by sister Marlene.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest.

Memorial donations to the Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation or to Cancer Patient Services would be appreciated by the family.

Peter DeCaire

 Peter DeCaire passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2011 at Victoria Hospital, London after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 64.

Beloved husband of Pauline (Drimmie).

Loving father of Robert (his wife Catharine), Michael, Amanda and Andrew.

Much loved granddad of Eue and Darwin.

Vi Reeves

Vi Reeves of Port Colborne passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011 in her 76th year.

 Beloved wife of the late Gordon Reeves (2000), loving mother of six girls Joanne (Don) Hemauer of Port Colborne, Bonnie (Ross) Love of London, Linda (John) Leatherland of Simcoe, Karen Dennis (Shawn McConnell) of Port Colborne, Brenda (Dave) Diplock of Wainfleet and Norma Trask of St. Thomas.

Dear grandmother of Darcy (Alyscia) and Darin (Jennifer), Michael (Pauline), Gary (Kristen), Steven (Ashley), Scott (Lisa), David (Kathryn), Julie, Jennifer, Myles (Cathy), Shawn (Katie), Richard (Crystal), David (Andrea), Brandon,  Sarah.

Great-grandmother of Lauryn, Nolan, Molly, Quinten, Everett, Dallas, Mayson, Kaiden, Erika, Adam, Brayden, Abbey, Liam, Owen, Dylan and Akacia.

 Sister of Leonard Bowman of Goderich, Gerry (Wally) Wilkinson of Mount Forest, Garfield (Linda) Bowman of Wiarton and Barb (Les) Officer of Mount Forest. Sister-in-law of Annie Bowman of Guelph, Ev Bowman of Elmira, Mary Reeves of Arthur and Marie Eurig of Mount Forest.

Close friend of Sigrid Koch and Melinda Day both of Port Colborne.

 Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. 

Besides her husband she was predeceased by her parents Oscar and Gertrude Bowman, her brothers Harman, Ken and Ernie, her sisters Hazel and Beverly, her brothers-in-law Mervyn Reeves, Don Eurig and Cecil Wollis and her sister-in-law Eileen Bowman.

A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was the happiest when her family was with her.  She will be sadly missed.

 The Reeves received visitors at the Davidson Funeral Home, 135 Clarence Street, Port Colborne on Monday Nov. 7 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.  A private family service was held with interment following at Oakwood Cemetery.

 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, Ronald McDonald House or the Whispering Hearts Horse Rescue.
