Murder suspect Michael Schweitzer will appear in Stratford’s Provincial Court by video on Jan. 21 at 10 a.m. to set a bail hearing date.

Defence co-counsel, Frances Brennan, requested the two-week adjournment Monday morning, noting she had yet to review the initial disclosure with her client due to time off over the holidays.

Schweitzer, 23, is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 17-year-old Nicole Wagler and the attempted murder of 22-year-old Tyler Baker. The crimes were committed Dec. 4 in Milverton.
