Awards were handed out by Legion Poppy Chair Linda Tremble on Monday, Nov. 12.

Winners were: Gr. 3 – Colour posters, 1st Seth Guest; 2nd Brent Dykersterhuis; black & white posters, 1st Nairn Major; 2nd Andrew O’Donnell;

Gr. 7 – Colour posters, 1st Abby Ball; 2nd Sydnee Stewart; black & white poster, 1st Abby Ball; 2nd Jordan Burns;

Gr. 8 – Colour posters, 1st Rachel Smyth; 2nd Summer McNey; black & white posters, 1st Rachel Smyth; 2nd Eva Thiessen; literary, 1st Holly Jackson; 2nd Mariah Clark.

Works that will be submitted to the Legion Zone competition were by Rachel Smyth, both colour and black and white posters, and literary submissions by Holly Jackson and Mariah Clark.
