Robert Moore

Robert Moore died at his home in Mount Forest, on Thursday Nov. 8, 2012.

Robert Byron Moore of Mount Forest was in his 71st year.

Beloved husband of Jean (Van DerHeyden) Moore.

Loved father of John Moore and his wife Nichola Mackay of Annapolis, Maryland.

Loving grandfather to Jamie Moore.

Dear brother of Captain John Moore and his wife Elizabeth of St. David’s, Bermuda, Ted Moore of Laguna Beach, California and Charlotte Leavitt and her husband Dennis of Milton.

Predeceased by his parents Willard and Grace (Mellway) Moore and sister-in-law Paula Sorensen.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest.

Memorial donations to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.

Flossie Ellis

Florence May (Flossie) Ellis passed away in GBRHC, Owen Sound on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012.

Florence (Galbraith) Ellis, in her 68th year, was the beloved wife of Bill Ellis.

Dear mother of Cheryl (Tino) Scanferia of Georgetown and Darrell (Julie) Ellis of RR 2, Dundalk and loving grandmother of Dylan, Danielle, Troy and Shane.

A private family graveside service was hled on Thursday, Nov. 8 at Walkers Cemetery.

Donations may be made to ‘Flossie’s Fund’ through the funeral home.

John Stortz

John Harold Stortz died peacefully at Guelph General Hospital on Nov. 6, 2012 with his wife Barb at his side. He was in his 59th year.

Survived by daughters Heather and Andrea and granddaughters Avery and Ruby.

Dear son of Madeline and the late Leo Stortz.

Brother of Marian Flanigan (Ron), Bill and Pat, Bob and Fran, Pauline Mills (Verne) and Joanne Stewart.

Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Respecting John’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
