Family Services Perth-Huron Hospice Services is again selling autumn crocuses to brighten your garden this fall.

This bright mauve perennial adds a burst of colour just as many other flowers in your garden are dying, symbolic of the care and support provided by hospice volunteers at end of life.

Hospice Services has specially trained volunteers who offer companionship, emotional support, and respite care to individuals and their families who are living with a life-threatening or terminal illness, in their own homes. Hospice Services also offer bereavement support for the family.

These services are all offered free of charge. Autumn crocuses are on sale now in Stratford at Anything Grows and Cozyn’s Garden Gallery.

They are $4 each, or four for $15. All proceeds go to the hospice volunteer program.
