Stratford's swans march towards the Avon River during last year's parade.
A little rain did nothing to dampen the spirits of the hundreds of people who lined Lakeside Drive Sunday afternoon for Stratford’s annual swan parade.
Twenty-three swans were released from their winter quarters and marched to the river, led by the Stratford Police Pipes & Drums.
The swans were welcomed back with a weekend celebration that included the City Centre’s swan quest, swan walks and concerts.
On Sunday, the entertainment was geared towards kids, with a puppet show, face painting, a bouncy castle and street performers.
